除味剂HW3800

HW3800 是一种无毒高效，环保生态型的广谱除臭剂。在白水循环使用过程中和合适的温度及pH条件下，微生物大量繁殖，纸浆细小纤维，淀粉，胶粘物等有机物会分解产生氨、硫化氢等恶臭分子，这种白水或纸浆抄成的纸张就具有刺鼻的臭味。本产品是中和分解有机物散发的恶臭，其重要特点是能够逐步消除纸浆及白水系统臭味而不是暂时的掩盖臭味。本产品是一种可分解的药剂，不产生二次污染，是可靠的环保产品。

使用指南

HW3800能快速吸收和降解产生氨氮物、硫化氢、甲基硫醇等具恶臭味的有害物质。处理造纸循环水及纸浆臭味，可使用计量泵连续添加到混合充分（网下白水、制浆、污泥回用）的地方，上机前需在系统充分反应20 分钟以上。按吨纸计量，用量一般控制在0.25-0.4 公斤/吨纸左右。基于现场实际情况，用量会有波动，根据客户的实际情况提出具体的建议和最具成本效益的加入量。通常，完全中和硫化氢（H2S）需要 5 – 6 ppm 的 HW3800。在开始连续处理计划之前，应清理高度污染的系统。精确的剂量和添加点须通过评估

HW3800 is a powerful neutralizer of H2S and various organic acid odors. It has fast acting

oxidizing power that is effective over a wide pH range. It can be fed alone with simple feed equipment without addition of Sodium Hypochlorite. The reaction with H2S does not create troublesome chemistries tothe process. HW3800 can be used in conjunction with biocides or the spray odor control treatments.

GUIDELINES FOR USE

HW3800  may be used as slug dosage or be added continuously depending upon the type of system and severity of contamination, organic loading of the system and type of organism involved.

HW3800 Can be fed directly to the process through simple dosing system. In general,

complete neutralization of H2S requires 5 – 6 ppm of HW3800,Highly contaminated system should be cleaned before starting continuous treatment program. Exact dosages and point of addition will be determined by a detailed survey of the mill system, in conjunction with laboratory evaluations.
